A third-generation home builder, Nate earned a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and a JD/MBA from Indiana University - Bloomington. He has been building luxury homes in Northern Virginia for over 12 years. Nate and his wife have 3 kids, and he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and pickleball, and crafting homemade ice creams.

Kenneth has almost 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He began in masonry subcontracting in California and has spent nearly 10 years building luxury homes in Northern Virginia. Kenneth is passionate about creating homes where families can build lasting memories. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, music, and adventures with his wife and five children.

Jeff is a 2006 graduate of the West Virginia University with a BS in Business Communications. He spent 14 years as a project manager in commercial construction before joining Composition Homes in 2023. Jeff is a father of 4, and besides spending time with his family, he is an avid golfer and triathlete.

Mike earned a BS in Business Management from Christopher Newport University and brings over a decade of experience in residential construction. With a focus on project management, quality control, and design collaboration, he is dedicated to delivering homes that reflect both precision and purpose.  He enjoys playing soccer for AC Montgomery, building his cookie empire, and spending time with his wife, Emma, and their dog, Rex.
